“Excellent service on a frantic Friday - my Mum made a last minute agreement to have both the grandchildren and with a 1 and 2 year old needed an emergency double buggy. I called up and received really helpful advice about the options. I wasn't keen to spent loads for an occasional buggy but guy on the phone was helpful and gave impartial advice so I ended up buying something that was perfect for what we needed. I'd already been in to Mothercare a few times but had left empty handed as no one could really explain my options and they had limited stock in.
I was even able to collect from the depot as we happen to live nearby although I was offered a choice of deliveries.
