“I wasn’t originally happy when I first came to this website as I had to wait 45 for a response from the live chat only for my problem not to be solved anyway, I ordered the buggy anyway as this website has the best prices for a triple stroller then I get an email telling me it’s not on stock fortunately I had this amazing customer service agent call charli that emailed me the customer service I received from this agent was outstanding indescribable I can only say a massive thank you for helping me with my purchase you are truly an asset to this company”

“Excellent service on a frantic Friday - my Mum made a last minute agreement to have both the grandchildren and with a 1 and 2 year old needed an emergency double buggy. I called up and received really helpful advice about the options. I wasn't keen to spent loads for an occasional buggy but guy on the phone was helpful and gave impartial advice so I ended up buying something that was perfect for what we needed. I'd already been in to Mothercare a few times but had left empty handed as no one could really explain my options and they had limited stock in. I was even able to collect from the depot as we happen to live nearby although I was offered a choice of deliveries. Fantastic service from start to finish - so glad I looked for a local business rather than a big chain.”
