“Well, in my quest of a double buggy, while browsing the net, I kind of stumbled onto baby and child store website. It was a pleasant surprise, the options available were good, the site was very simple to browse through, gave all the necessary details of the products which were up for sale. The list was also sufficient to browse through, and not at all cluttered, gave clear insight as to what to expect in the box. Did a quick search on google on the website and found it thoroughly well rated. The discount offered on the product's retail price at the time of purchase was also convincing enough, so then went ahead with my order for a out n about double buggy. Order placing process was simple enough, webpage was secure via https connection, and delivery was as promised, very quick (next working day). (One of the big retail store had quoted upto 2-3 weeks of delivery). The delivery details were emailed correctly and the product was delivered on time. The box contained exactly what was mentioned would be delivered and the product was in good mint shape. Overall a very good, smooth sailing experience.”
