“Such great service, answered all my questions quickly & informatively. Can't recommend enough.”

“We ordered a baby jogger city mini with carry cot, car seat adaptors for the maxi cosi pebble and a rain cover. Liz was very helpful in her advice and product knowledge. They are super efficient - I ordered everything at 11am and in an hour I had confirmation everything was being dispatched and it arrived as promised the next day. I was very impressed with the service and would definitely buy again from them! The prices were better than I found anywhere else and I shopped around A LOT! Thank you Liz and your team!”

“Have been eying up this stroller for a very long time as I needed to change my other buggy which was very bulky and heavy. I've only had it for a little while but I love it so far! It is lovely, lightweight, manoverable, and sexy! The only tiny difficulty I found so far is folding it down and putting tit back up, that's quite fiddlily but otherwise I love it and my little girl loves it more as soon as I put it up she refused to come out!”

“Fast service and communication with regards to my questions on my purchase. Speedy delivery! Ordered Friday at 11 am and received on the Monday at 11am! Amazing price too, around £50 cheaper than all of the big brands. Thanks!”

“I was so impressed with the customer service from Baby and Child that I chose to buy from them rather than John Lewis. They were prompt in answering all queries even on a Sunday and the delivery was so quick. Also the person I spoke to about my very particular stroller specifications was both knowledgeable and researchful. Excellent.”

Helpful Report

“Baby and Child Store were excellent. I received brilliant customer service and they helpfully catered to an extra request I had for my order. Upon receipt of my package, I realised I was missing a small item that should have been included. The customer service team were extremely quick and efficient to rectify the problem with the supplier and I received the missing item a few days later. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be using them again! Very happy customer.”

“Was so impressed with the next day free delivery. The travel cot was superb, easy to put up and put down and took very little space to store away. The mattress was a little hard but was super comfy when I padded it out with a blanket.”
