“I feel let down with this company,I requested a mansion dollhouse to which payment details were given and txt saying order processed, then a txt saying out of stock so told them to cancel payment, ordered a dollhouse from another company and on the same day was told by baby and child they now do have the product requested, so cancelled other stores product! Payment taken and I thought everything would be ok only to receive the dollhouse with missing stairs!
I've received an apology but feel the company should be more responsible as the sellers!
We've only got until tomorrow until my daughters birthday and can only hope we get the missing stairs in time!
But on the positive side of things the nearly fully built mansion dollhouse is very impressive!”
Thank you for your review and we are sorry that you have encountered problems. This item is shipped directly from the manufacturers who have just moved their warehouse to the UK, they are having a few issues regarding stock control and items have been shown out of stock when in fact they are in stock, this is how the confusion arose and we tried to rectify it as quickly as possible. I also understand that the missing stairs were ordered for you on the same day that you made us aware of the issue.
