I was emailed confirmation of the order and then later emailed when the item had been despatched with the delivery date given. The order arrived in a timely manner. The bookshelf is great with 3 good-sized shelves and in nice vibrant colours. It was easy to assemble and it is very strong and sturdy. My son loves it.”
