I had a frustrating experience with this company. Despite paying a significant amount for a pram, it was never delivered. They blamed the delivery company, offered no assistance in resolving my complaint, and even attempted to involve the police. The company insisted it was delivered to our absent neighbors, but we provided evidence of their holiday. Despite this, they continue to avoid issuing a refund. They are disrespectful and unhelpful.
