I love the concept and think it's a great gift. The actual product is disappointingly poor. The cards had lost colour on the edges, as if preused, even though they hadn't been. It was dirty/dusty and required each individual card removing and cleaning, including the box. Because of the quality I wouldn't recommend.

Negative reviews (and 3* is classed as 'bad') have a huge impact on us as a small business and when given the opportunity we will do what we can to change that opinion, but we can only do this if we're aware of the issue. A really lovely gift idea, which I was excited to give. However, I selected 'giftwrapped' and paid for the pleasure, but am so dissappointed with the poor presentation - shoddily wrapped and not properly protected. Avoid!

Hi, I'm so sorry we've let you down on our gift wrap - we do this all by hand so we're disappointed to hear it wasn't in good condition when it reached you. We appreciate all feedback as it helps us do better, if you had reached out to us by email with a photo we'd have happily made this right before you felt the need to leave this review when you were happy with the product itself. Simple and quick to order, prompt delivery . However disappointed with product slightly underwhelmed. When I opened box the contents were all mixed up and out of order. Box is larger than contents .

Thank you for your honest review. I'm sorry the contents of the box had shifted during delivery, it can happen. Over the lat 8 years we've tried many boxes and unfortunately a smaller box makes taking the cards out harder so the box is designed for ease of use over the year. We hope the gift is enjoyed and wish you a happy year of dating.

I have ordered several of these as gifts and I love them. However this time I was very disappointed to see that instead of real little envelopes, the cards have an envelope design printed on them :( the little envelopes are one of the main attractions imo

Ni Nikki, I'm sorry you don't like the new cards, we made the change a few years ago to the main, weekly date box as we couldn't keep up with the demand by stuffing the envelopes ourselves. We still fill the envelopes on other products. If you send us a message with any concerns over an order we'll always do what we can to make things right, or at least explain - anything to avoid a disappointed review!

I'm sorry you feel that way, our prices haven't increased in 2 years, despite the cost of materials etc rising. We're a small business we take every negative review personally, we're doing our best in difficult circumstances, and each review has a big impact on us, and customer perception. When I received my gift the jar had smashed the delivery man sent it back and I still havnt received another one

Hi Lesley, I'm sorry the jar was damaged in transit, the DPD driver was in no position to tell you a replacement would be sent, as this message was never passed on. We have emailed you to arrange a replacement or refund

I was very pleased with the speed of service and the product looks fantastic, thank you. However, I paid for the gift wrap service and when it arrived the wrapping was torn so I had to wrap it myself anyway, which was very disappointing. Photo attached. I would recommend the product however not the gift wrap service.

I have finally received my year of dates and I am fairly pleased with them. I cannot open the envelopes because it is a gift. I do think the box could be a bit smaller because they seem very loose in the box at the moment.

Disappointing very small, no customisation on the diary to match the box for the extra cost. It was all a bit confusing and for the money on arrival it seemed a lot for what you actually got. 10th anniversary gift sadly gone wrong
