Hi there, Sadly I ordered the year of dates for a Christmas present and Royal Mail were due to deliver it on Monday. I live in a ground floor flat and they said they left in in an outside building when I don’t have one. I looked everywhere for it but nowhere to be seen. I’m really gutted. I’ve made a complaint to Royal Mail but heard nothing.

Hi Jo, We have reached out to you by phone and email to resolve this - unfortunately if we don't know there is an issue we can't resolve it. We hate to hear of these things via a review when we we have no control over the delivery. Very expensive for cardboard envelopes could have made it myself for a lot less

Hi Caroline, So sorry you are disappointed with your order, we take every comment as a way to improve but in reality we haven't increased our prices in over 5 years despite every element costing us more. Every review has a huge impact on a small business and if you are unhappy with the gift you are welcome to return it for a refund to the address on the packing slip.

I’m sure this would have been a lovely gift but my package was left on the floor in a communal post room and was then taken. When I contacted a year of dates they said it was nothing to do with them and that I had to contact the courier. Trading standards states it is down to the merchant to investigate and then provide a replacement/refund but they didn’t even bother, they just fobbed me off

Hi, I'm sorry you felt this way, I have checked back through our emails and can see that we asked you to speak to the concierge and delivery person to see if they could help. As it was the 13th February we said we couldn't get one to you a replacement in time for Valentine's Day and for that we apologised, We then asked you to let us know what came of the conversations in the building and we'd pick it up from there. As we necer heard back we could only assume from this you had found it. I'm sorry if this seemed like us fobbing you off, but the feedback from you - that we can't get from the concierge ourselves would have allowed us to continue the investigation, as we offered to do post Valentine' Day.

Item never came. I reached out to customer service and they said it could be with customs. It’s been over a month since I placed my order with no idea if it’s lost or missing. I am just super disappointed.

Hi, I'm sorry the tracking wasn't updating on your order and we weren't able to provide further information. Unfortunately it can take some time for items to reach Australia from the UK. I can see that the order was delivered two days after the review so I do hope it is enjoyed and apologise again for Royal Mail's delay.

Hi Shaun, I'm sorry you've not been able to locate your order yet. I can't see any contact from you prior to this review to let us know you've not received it yet. I'm sure you're aware of all the chaos caused by the Royal mail strikes. Checking the tracking details on your order shows this as delivered on the 5th December.
