I'm sorry you feel that way, our prices haven't increased in 2 years, despite the cost of materials etc rising. We're a small business we take every negative review personally, we're doing our best in difficult circumstances, and each review has a big impact on us, and customer perception. “I haven’t opened any of the cards from our most recent order yet as it’s a present for my husband, however I’ve ordered a box before taht we both really loved. Not only does it take off the pressure of coming up with dates, but all of the activities we have done have been genuinely enjoyable and something we both look forward to. Our orders have always been well packaged and arrive in good time. I can’t recommend the company enough! Can’t wait to begin our new box.”

“Arrived quickly - bought as a gift for 40th birthday - so unable to see the item properly as the individual envelopes are sealed - however I loved the concept and to buy a gift with a difference - I am sure my friend will love it :)”

“I’m sure this would have been a lovely gift but my package was left on the floor in a communal post room and was then taken. When I contacted a year of dates they said it was nothing to do with them and that I had to contact the courier. Trading standards states it is down to the merchant to investigate and then provide a replacement/refund but they didn’t even bother, they just fobbed me off”

Hi, I'm sorry you felt this way, I have checked back through our emails and can see that we asked you to speak to the concierge and delivery person to see if they could help. As it was the 13th February we said we couldn't get one to you a replacement in time for Valentine's Day and for that we apologised, We then asked you to let us know what came of the conversations in the building and we'd pick it up from there. As we necer heard back we could only assume from this you had found it. I'm sorry if this seemed like us fobbing you off, but the feedback from you - that we can't get from the concierge ourselves would have allowed us to continue the investigation, as we offered to do post Valentine' Day.
