“Year of dates looks interesting, but not impressed with the additional gifts I purchased. The Lottie Shaw's all butter shortbread biscuits were out of date!! The package arrived on 26/07/2026 and the best before date on the biscuits was 21/07/2025 (and they were broken).”

Hi, we are so sorry to hear the biscuits were past their best before date, we try our best to keep on top of these things but occasionally make a mistake. The breakage can occur in transit, I wish we could hand deliver everything but it just isn't possible. If you had reached out on email or live chat about the issue we would have done our best to make it right for you - we always like the opportunity to leave a good impression before a review is left. “Amazing customer service from Kate. I paid for the proof and it was well worth it, she helped and advised me with best photos, changing a few frames to double so that we could use wide photos. It’s just arrived today (quick delivery by DPD) and it’s beautiful. My friend will be delighted with this gift for her 40th birthday.”
