“I was very pleased with the speed of service and the product looks fantastic, thank you. However, I paid for the gift wrap service and when it arrived the wrapping was torn so I had to wrap it myself anyway, which was very disappointing. Photo attached. I would recommend the product however not the gift wrap service.”
