“I thought the message would of been put inside the wrapped box, not just on a piece of A4 paper”

We're sorry for any confusion but to avoid mixing up the gift notes these have to be printed with the order paperwork, it is a free service and not advertised anywhere as being part of the box or gift wrap. Happy dating

Hi Caroline, So sorry you are disappointed with your order, we take every comment as a way to improve but in reality we haven't increased our prices in over 5 years despite every element costing us more. Every review has a huge impact on a small business and if you are unhappy with the gift you are welcome to return it for a refund to the address on the packing slip.

“Love the idea but didn’t realise that all the envelopes would be sealed as I would have liked to put a voucher or cash in with some of the ideas.”

“I’ve not opened the envelopes as bought for a friend’s 60th birthday, but first glance, I’m really happy with the personalised box and the mini envelopes inside. I will leave the blank ones for her and her husband to decide. It’s just such an unusual gift for the person who has everything.”

“We purchased an A3 photo poster. The software is very user friendly and it was easy to upload and arrange our photos. The email communication was excellent, showing us a few photos that would need editing. Despatch was very quick with tracking information. The product arrived on good quality paper and the vibrant colours on the pictures are perfect. We are really please and would order again.”

“Fantastic, personal service from a great company! I ordered a photo collage for my husband's 50th birthday. From start to finish they helped make the process personal and really easy for me - patiently helping when I wanted to swap photos around etc. We unfortunately had an issue with the delivery (not their fault) and they went above and beyond to solve the issue for me. Highly recommend the company! My husband was delighted with his gift!”
