“Fantastic idea for a 'milestone' birthday. I was delighted with the quality of everything, the personalisation on the box to the inclusion of 3 blank "extras" to write your own "things to do when ....". A great company to do business with. Would defo recommend!”

“First box arrived damaged & with lettering a very different shade of blue to the colour shown on the listing. A replacement was quickly arranged with an apology for the colour & the explanation that the swatch on the listing was an error. They agreed to send the replacement with a darker shade of blue & I explained the colour I thought I was getting from the listing was perfect for the purpose of the keepsake box as it matched my daughter's school colours. The second box arrived, intact this time & with darker lettering but still a totally different shade to what was shown on the website & different to what I had explained I was hoping for (it is navy, not royal blue). The second box will do the job, but not quite what I'd hoped for. Clearer listings & more accurate colour swatches might be needed, or sending customers a preview of colours etc for approval before items are sent - £25 is a lot of money for something not to be quite right.”

I am so sorry you were still not 100% happy with the second box, unfortunately screen colours and printed colours are hard to match so there is always some discrepancy. As a small business we try our best to ensure issues are dealt with quickly and leaving everyone happy, I am sorry we weren't able to do so on this occasion. “Delivery was lovely and quick. The box and personalisation is really nice. Can't comment on what the choice of dates are like as it's a present for our anniversary in September. But I think it's going to be a lovely gift for us to enjoy through the year.”
