“I bought a SEAT Leon FR from Autoebid this year after researching several websites. No one else could match the price I was offered after I registered with the site and paid the initial fee. I saved several thousands pounds on the list price including all the options. Communication was excellent and everything was handled in a polite and rapid manner from the wining dealer. I was a bit weary when transferring the final payment before the car was delivered to me but everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend the service and I would use again for my next car purchase.”

“A very easy and straightforward way to purchase a new car. Target prices were very competitive and where achieved, but in my case without any further discount. Car was available earlier than required and delivered to the door without problem. Would recommend.”

“If you enjoy traipsing from showroom to showroom, haggling over price, and worrying about whether you've really got a good deal, then don't use Autoebid. For the rest of us, I really can't see any reason *not* to use AutoeBid. My experience was exactly how buying a new car should be – an unbeatable price with no stress or hassle. Andrew, who handled our transaction, was courteous and professional throughout. The amount of communication was just right; just as the tentative delivery day began to approach and I was starting to think about whether to send an email asking if there was an update (to make sure I'd have time to move money into my current account to pay) Andrew emailed me with the confirmed date, and just over a week later the car was on our driveway.”

“What a fantastic buying option this is. There were so many cynics telling me not to use a broker as you "won't get the same service as through a dealer." “This is the second car I have brought via Autoebid.In 2009 I purchased a new Volvo XC90 paying a fee of £350.That transaction was stress free. Again in January 2016 I turned to Autoebid after searching other UK brokers online and the discount price that was gained was far better than any other offers I had been given for a BMW 320D Xdrive Sport Touring (for a factory order with exactly the Colour and options I required) .The fee payable for this service was £710 , but the total saving was approximately £7000; a very good result! I was introduced to a BMW main dealership who confirmed the order, paid £1000 deposit and 9 weeks later the car was ready for collection. I would recommend Autoebid to anyone buying a new car in the UK .”

“I was a little hesitant at first about making such a large purchase online - this being the first time I had used Autoebid. However I took the plunge and was not disappointed. I started my search for an automatic Nissan Qashqai Techna mid January requesting early March delivery. The friendly customer service provided by Autoebid was exceptional and they secured the car which I requested. I paid their fee and the deposit to the supplier by credit card. The supplier requested proof of my identity and my ability to settle the outstanding balance on my car and agreed for final payment to be made after delivery. My new car was delivered on a small transporter at a time which I agreed with the supplier. Again the delivery driver was courteous and helpful. After inspecting the car and test driving it the remaining balance was paid to the supplier by electronic payment. The whole process was extremely simple and saved me between £5000 and £6000 when compared with the best price I could obtain from a local dealer. They say that if something appears to be too good to be true then it probably is - but I found this definitely not to be true in this case. If you know exactly what vehicle you want to buy then Autoebid are definitely worth giving the chance to supply it. I'll use them again when it's time for a change.”

“Straightforward and stress-free from start to finish. I bought a Fiat Panda Cross 4x4 and saved almost £3,700 on the price quoted by my local Fiat dealer. Being skeptical at the outset, and thinking it was all too good to be true, I read and re-read the smallprint so many times, looking for "the catch" but couldn't find one! Autoebid's communication was good throughout and everything was explained well. The winning dealer (a main dealer based in South Wales) maintained excellent communication throughout the process, and the car was delivered, to my home, a week ahead of schedule. They even took my old car in part-exchange and gave me a good price for it. The only spanner in the works was the fact that the car arrived shod with summer tyres instead of 4x4 tyres. The dealer explained that this was a miscommunication between Autoebid and themselves and revolved around the issue of how optional extras were recorded on the bid form. This was quickly rectified by the dealer, who drove the 180 miles to my home in North Wales to fit the correct tyres. I have already recommended Autoebid to friends and colleagues and will certainly be using them again when I am next in the market for a new vehicle.”

“It was with some trepidation I pressed the 'submit' button and started down the Autoebid path. However, At the end of the bidding process I received a very satisfactory quotation for a BMW X1 in line with expectations. Contact was made with the winning bidder (a main BMW dealer) and I did wonder if I would be treated differently given my path to them. This was not the case and in all my dealings with them they were very friendly, helpful and professional. I've had the car for 3 months now and am very pleased I bought through Autoebid.”
