“I was looking for a BMW 1 series. Went to my local BMW dealer which gave me a 9 month lead time. Tried my luck on Autoebid - never heard of them before but their reviews were amazing! Karen was friendly, helpful and very responsive. She followed me up throughout and felt well supported. Managed to secure a good discount and an early delivery slot. All in all, really happy with their service and would throughly recommend them! Really pleased with my new 1 series.”

“𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗯 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝗿. I recently bought a new Hyundai Tucson Ultimate through Autoebid. I dealt with Karen who quickly found a dealer who could provide the car I wanted at a more substantial discount than the other companies I'd contacted. Karen was extremely helpful, professional and efficient. She chased up the dealer a few time for me to speed things up and all in all the buying process was easy and straightforward. I would thoroughly recommend Autoebid and will definitely be using them again.”

“Autoebid offer great discounts, excellent service and zero hassle when buying a new car. The pricing is accurate and transparent and takes away the need for haggling with a dealer. Once you agree the price, Karen passes you over to the selected main dealer and you continue the purchase directly from the dealer as normal. Karen continues to follow up until delivery and no fee is charged to the customer by Autoebid. A really simple, helpful and no-nonsense service.”

“Despite the problems caused by the global microchip shortage, I was very pleased with the service, both from Autoebid and the supplying dealer. Also, the price was at least as good as I could get anywhere else. I would have no hesitation using them again.”

“Ordered an Audi A3 Sport from AutoeBid and received excellent service and communication from the initial contact through to delivery by trailer to my home address. It's the first time I have purchased a car online and was a little wary at first. Now, I cannot understand why anyone would use a main dealer when I got a £5K saving on the dealer price for a factory order car which was was delivered with 10 miles on the clock and a 3 year Audi warranty.”

“When I first enquired about a Tiguan, I got a call back from Karen. She explained how the system works which is helpful. She also told me a new model of the car was coming.I appreciated that there was no pressure while I deliberated. I did get a call to check if I was still looking for a Tiguan. When I placed the order I was kept up to date and also given hints on how best to prepare for getting the car Thanks Karen and your Team”

“I ordered a new Toyota Rav4 hybrid though AutoeBid. They gave me a better price than any Toyota dealer could manage, and the whole process from order to delivery (to my door) was 10 weeks. Karen was very responsive and helpful, and was in regular touch with the dealer to ensure it all went smoothly. Both she and the dealer pulled out all the stops to have my car delivered in time for me to take it on holiday. Fantastic service.”

“I used AutoeBid to purchase a VW Caddy Van (Maxi Commerce Pro). I saved over £5k, in addition to the discounts VW were giving at the time. It was also possible to finance the purchase through VW at 2.9%. AutoeBid negotiates the discounts with official VW garages. So, the VW garage takes over once the intro has been made. But AutoeBid also keep in contact throughout the purchase. A brilliant service that I would use again.”

“Car (Octavia estate) was ordered in January with a delivery date of April, the same as local dealers. The difference in price was £6K +. A small deposit of £250 was all that was required to place the order. The car was eventually delivered in June the delay being due to Covid. The car was as described and all in good order. Very happy with the process and would use again and recommend to friends.”
