“Firstly, I would like to say that just like most first time users of purchasing a vehicle this way, I was quite daunted and concerned by it all and kept looking for the catch, if it looks too good to be true then it must be, well after having an absolutely painless and delightful transaction with AutoeBid, I can assure you that there’s no catch, except that you save a shed load of money. I got to choose the make and model that I wanted, the extras that I wished for and then when I was happy with my choices I was given a price shortly after. The vendor was very helpful in explaining the procedure and made himself available at anytime if I had any questions or problems, (more that the showroom salesmen do). A few months later when the vehicle was almost ready for delivery I was asked for a time and date that suited me for delivery, I was emailed an invoice with the registration number, so that I could arrange my insurance, complete with the originally agreed price, there was no hidden extras, as the original price included VAT , AutoeBids costs and the vendors costs. I paid for the vehicle a few days before I took delivery, I suppose this is the part that most people worry about, but there’s a full paper trail and the team at AutoeBid are in touch with you at all times, and as these people are working with the vendors all the time, the have built up a rapport with the vehicle vendors over many years. My vehicle arrived at the time and date agreed earlier. The hand over was with the delivery company, who give you time to check the vehicle, sign the paperwork and delight in your new vehicle. It really was that easy and simple. I can only say that the AutoeBid team made this a delightful experience, with their friendly phone calls keeping you informed all along the way, they never once said they would find out something and didn’t get back to you, they were always courteous and pleasant to deal with at all times. They even phoned me after I took delivery to make sure that I was happy with everything. I suppose the best recommendation that I can give is that I’m positive that my next vehicle will be purchased through AutoeBid. From one very happy and delighted AutoeBid customer.”

“Very easy to use website first of all. Instant communication via email back to you regarding your interests then follow up calls with people trying to help with your decision. I had the fortune to have Karen Marsh helping me who worked tirelessly to get me my dream car. At 3/4 of the price from the dealership!! Great savings, great company. Could not recommend highly enough!”

“Karen was slick and efficient from the outset. She replied promptly to all my queries and left me feeling that the purchasing process was being effectively dealt with. The car delivery took place as arranged and the driver was very helpful in giving me an initial orientation of the new vehicle. I would use again and have recommended my brother-in-law to use the company when he next changes his vehicle.”

“I was honestly a little sceptical about using Autoebid. I needed a new car and knew I’d never be able to haggle to discounts Autoebid promised. I ordered a Golf R and was given an estimated discount of around £3700 plus another £4000 off as I was scrapping my old diesel under the 2017 scrappage deal. I placed the order on Friday night and was rang almost straight away by Autobid confirming the order and promising that VW would be in touch shortly. VW rang me on the following Tuesday confirming the order and to organise the paperwork. They estimated approximately 12 weeks delivery time. After 10 weeks, VW telephoned to say the car was available and we arranged a delivery date. The car was delivered on the morning I requested. It was specced exactly how I’d requested. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and I will definitely use this Autoebid again Richard, Liverpool”

“Autoebid were very prompt and helpful throughout the buying process and the price offered (for a Van) was exceptionally attractive. We purchased a stock van rather than wait for a newly manufactured unit and it arrived within a couple of weeks of selecting it. (I did wonder if the speed of delivery could be improved, but we were happy with that timescale as we were not in a rush). We have already ordered a second vehicle through Autoebid. That says it all!”
