“AutoeBid were excellent with regard to the purchase of our new car. Karen kept us informed throughout the process, and re-assured us when we had concerns, regarding payment before receiving the new vehicle and when it was clear the delivery date was going to be delayed. Previous reviews also re-assured us and there was no need to worry, as, in the end, the new car was delivered to our door, albeit around a month late. Would recommend buying through AutoeBid if you do not want the hassle of negotiating with a dealer regarding price and I would certainly consider using them next time.”

“AutoeBid were very helpful throughout the purchasing process of our Seat Alhambra. Karen kept checking the progress and chasing when necessary. The car arrived some weeks later expected but that was the supplier not AutoeBid. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely use AutoeBid again.”

“Karen from Autoebid was superb throughout the purchase of my wife's Honda Jazz. She was not pushy, but very helpful, answering all the daft questions I had and varying specifications when necessary. the whole purchase was smooth and went absolutely to plan and as budgeted. delivery was spot on with a a helpful and pleasant delivery driver. I cannot recommend Autoebid enough and will certainly go back to them when I next change my car - unlikely to be for a while!”

“Autoebid is an outstanding service for buying new cars at a large discount. I have just purchased and taken delivery of a new Fiat Tipo at 33% off list price - a factory order. I found Karen and colleagues at Autoebid very responsive, helpful and professional, with no sales pressure whatsoever. They kept me informed every step of the way, as did the dealer through whom the car was supplied. It's early days but I am very impressed with the car, the dealer and the service provided by Autoebid. I chose to collect the car from the dealer, but could have had it delivered. Autoebid has to be the most painless and pleasant way of buying a new vehicle. Very highly recommended.”
