“This was my first new-car purchase from a broker, so there was inevitably some trepidation in committing a fair chunk of money on the basis of not a lot more than a phone number, email address, and bank sort code; but I was very pleased with a smooth, professional service from start to finish. Clear, straightforward advice pre-purchase, regular "are you happy" calls between ordering and delivery (this morning!), and a keen price. I really felt that the service team were interested in providing a good customer experience, not just in taking their commission (which is paid to them by the supplier, not the customer -- another tick).”

“I was somewhat apprehensive about placing my order with Autoebid as the price quoted seemed "too good to be true", and I wondered what might the catch. However my wife's new car has now been delivered and is immaculate and exactly as ordered. We would certainly purchase via Autoebid again in the future and recommend to our friends.”

“I was not aware of Autoebid until I stumbled over them online whilst looking for the best price for my new car. The price they showed online seemed very attractive and I was initially suspicious until I read that all financial transactions are made with a dealer rather than via Autoebid. Once I asked them to proceed with an order I was contacted by a dealer very quickly, who confirmed the price quoted by Autoebid, and took my order. From then the whole process was completely painless and probably even easier than walking into my local dealer and placing an order! Totally recommended - fantastic prices and unbeatable service from Autoebid, I would certainly use them again.”

“We ordered our car and paid the deposit. the car arrived when we were told it would arrive, no fuss no hassle, it just went as smooth as anything. far easier than going into a dealer and trying to haggle the price down, which by the way they couldn't get near. we saved over £3000 on the best price we could get from a dealer. well done Autoebid we will defiantly use you again, we have given your contact details to all our employees and we will defiantly recommend you to everyone we know is looking for a new car. “Right car, swift quotation service even when requesting multiple quotes, swift delivery (car delivered earlier than quoted) exactly as ordered. Save a princely sum over local dealer, even got £2k more for my old car by selling it privately than offered by local dealer as part-ex. What’s not to like?”
