“Excellent customer service. Didn’t end up buying a car through autoebid as my local dealer agreed to match the price, however definitely wouldn’t have got that price without autoebid. Karen was very helpful and couldn’t do enough to make sure I had everything I needed. Would highly recommend”

“Karen was very helpful from the beginning with regular follow up after my car was ordered and follow up since I took delivery of the car. My first experience of buying a car in this way but I am very satisfield especially about the LARGE discount on my purchase. No hesitation in recommending Autoebid.”

“An Excellent Service throughout the order and reseipt process. From Karen who took my order to Gary who confirm the vehicle spec and arranged the delivery. A great saving made, on local van sales, and had the vehicle delivered directly to my door. I have used Autobid twice now, and would have no hesitation in carrying on using them for purchasing vehicles.”

“They had the most competitive quote amongst the four or five broker agents I contacted online..They stayed in touch with me by email or phone from the moment i decided on the order till delivery of the car. They were very professional throughout and were totally transparent in their dealings with me. Their brokerage fees were reasonable given the time and attention they gave.”

“I found AutoeBid to be extremely helpful in obtaining my new car. They put me in contact with a Supplier who delivered the car to my door in very quick time around two weeks. I found the whole process relatively stress free and with the amount i saved which was around £2600 i would not hesitate to use them again.”

“Autoebid has been very helpful and proactive. Not only they sourced the car for me, but also carried out negotiations on my behalf to ensure I got the best deal. I used CarWow in parallel, but CarWow was very passive so nothing came out of them, as I was left to discuss with the BMW dealer directly. Both Autoebid and CarWow were looking at exactly the same new car in stock. Finally, Autoebid gave me the best deal. So I give Autoebid a 5* and highly recommend them. Karen Mash is my contact and she made the difference. Thanks for her patience and services.”

“First time experience buying a vehicle via an online site. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Specified the vehicle, got an extremely good price. Paid a small holding deposit and then waited. Vehicle arrived earlier than expected, completely as specified and couldn't be happier. Service from Autoebid was excellent throughout, they stayed in touch during the 3ish months waiting for the vehicle (just the normal wait time for a new vehicle order), were very accommodating for invoicing purposes, VAT and such (it was a Van order). Provided a competitive and flexible finance package. All in all would certainly do it this way again if I get round to buying another new vehicle.”
