“Fantastic service and great price”

“This is the first time I have used a broker to source a new car and I have to say that AutoeBid were excellent. The discount they secured was far greater than my local dealer could offer. Having accepted AutoeBid’s quote they put me in direct contact with their preferred dealer with whom I agreed the detailed specification for my new car. My choice of car (Seat Ateca) was in short supply so I knew that the lead in time would be lengthy. Karen from AutoeBid obtained regular updates from the dealer and kept me informed. Unfortunately when my new car was delivered it was not to the exact specification that I agreed with the dealer (no adaptive cruise control). This was in no way the fault of AutoeBid and they would have been within their rights to have walked away and let me argue with the dealer direct. Karen, at this point, stepped in and secured me a refund for the reduced specification and a reasonable level of compensation from the dealer. I am now become accustomed the lack of adaptive cruise control. If ever I buy a new car again I would certainly use Autoebid again.”

“Excellent service and saved around £6k on dealer price. Also Autoebid were cheaper than other "broker" type websites for the car I wanted. Different to 6 years ago when a series of bids from dealers was displayed - this time just got put in touch with one. However all went smoothly. The only minor annoyance with the whole process was being unable to see optional extra prices until logged in. For a £6k saving I can stand a minor annoyance”
