“Autobid themselves were great in pointing me to a broker who gave a fantastic discount. Autoebid were on hand to answer queries and kept in touch with us throughout. However, being the first time I've purchased a car from a broker it has been a little stressful. The car has now arrived after 11 months from point of order (were told 6 months when ordering). This is understandable bearing in mind the problems with car availability. Hthe main stress point is that you are expected to part with money prior to delivery. Coming from an industry where consumer's financial protection is so strict (Travel Industry) it is bewildering that you are asked to part with a large amount of money with absolutely no financial protection in place to a broker who you have no knowledge of. Maybe autoebid could provide some more information with regard the brokers they recommend and even better, maybe operate an escrow account to protect funds so that the broker knows the money has been paid and the consumer knows their money is protected.”

“I usually buy my cars directly from internet companies as over the last ten years have saved around 3k off the dealer's new price. Parting with 30+K or more is a worry, to say the least, and this leads one to use well-known company names. However, this also means that one does not always get the best deals. By accident, I came across AutoeBid and how glad I am. Never heard of them, but the discount of over 6K was in my mind worth trying this company, and to those who are also reluctant, I can assure you they are extremely professional from the start of the order to delivery. I am retired now, but my whole life was in the Motortrade as a main dealer with two top franchises, so I do know about buying and selling cars—no more to say apart from if you check AutoeBid out. I am sure you will not be disappointed—Profecnalisum at its best.”

“This is the SECOND TIME in the past 10 months that I have sourced my new vehicle through Autoebid & absolutely DELIGHTED with the customer service provided both times. Their website is very straightforward to research cars for the various options & making the actual order which was then followed up by excellent communications from both Karen & Linda with updates & queries answered promptly & the post car delivery contact to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. “I was recommended Autoebid by a friend and contacted by Karen. She was very efficient and friendly and found me the car I was looking for ( right colour and spec ) in stock at a dealership at a better price than I could find anywhere. “Genuine review here! Got an initial quote online which was far better than any other online brokers. To my surprise, this was the price I ended up paying. No hidden costs or add-ons.
