“I ordered Nashville Skuline as my copy is practically unplayable. The one you supplied was no better. I have come to the conclusion that it is a flaw in the pressing.”

We were very sorry to hear via your feedback that there is a pressing fault on this record. Unfortunately, when flaws with records are not due to visible damage or wear, it can be very difficult for us to notice the issue before dispatch. I can see that my colleague has already offered you a free return for a full refund or a replacement, which is currently in progress. As soon as the record is back with us, we'll be able to issue your refund or replacement. After that, we will meet as a team in order to investigate the issue with this record and see if there is anything that we missed and that we can learn from. My apologies again for the issue with your record, and we look forward to getting this resolved for you. - Holly
