“Record was delivered promptly intact. But unfortunately when played it was really crackly. Didn't cost much so didn't return it, but I doubt I'll be playing it much.”

“I am very pleased with Hard Nose the Highway considering its age it is in good condition. Miles Davis's Filles de Kilimanjaro unfortunately has a bad scratch on track one which cause the play to be disrupted The rest of the album is in good condition”

Unfortunately, when flaws with records are not due to visible damage or wear, it can be very difficult for us to notice the issue before dispatch. I can see that my colleague has already offered you a free return for a full refund or a replacement, which is currently in progress.
