We're so sorry to hear this! Unfortunately, we don't have any replacements for this record but we issued a full refund as soon as we were notified of the problem (via this review), with no need to return the record to us. We work exceptionally hard to ensure that every single record that leaves us does so in the same condition as we described, but we can make mistakes and we can only apologise when this does happen and work hard to rectify the mistake. “Records and sleeves always as described, reasonably priced. Posted and arrives quickly. Atlas is my first stop to look for anything. The only [small] downside would be all the wrappings on each record. All the plastic wallets go straight in the bin. Maybe a tick box to indicate whether you want them? Thanks for the sweets!”
