“The packaging was superb, delivery superb, the album cover was of an expected quality. I only attempted to play 1 track which jumped so much (about 10 times) I gave up trying, This was my first and only purchase of an album from atlas, so disappointed.”

“I wanted to purchase the Legend LP by Bob Marley, so I went to the Taunton store to get it. I was told that l had to order it on line, so I sat in my car, ordered it and within a few minutes the young man brought it to my car. Excellent service, no hassle whatsoever. Quite impressed on how polite and professional the staff were and how easy it was to get my albumn. Well done! Thank you.”

“The discs were fine, but I paid extra for next day pre mid-day delivery and was let down by Royal Mail. In fact, it arrived the day after that. Raised this with Atlas via e-mail, but they didn't bother responding. No big deal; just a little irritating.”

Thank you for your order. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery time. I can see that your order was placed at 10:30pm on 8th April, meaning we dispatched it on the 9th and it was delivered at 10am on the 10th. It would not have been possible for us to dispatch your order on the 8th. I can see that my colleague did respond to you via email at 1:42pm on the 9th, confirming the same information as I have here.
