“Rated as ‘Excellent’ once again, despite having had to return the LP because of a nasty scratch/jump on one the tracks. That’s one of the great things about Atlas. Super easy returns process and never any questions, just great service.”

“Ordered on Monday - delivered on Wednesday. Album is in excellent condition as is the sleeve and it was packed in an excellent, robust post sleeve. Really happy to recommend Atlas Records and will certainly purchase again!”

“great service & prompt delivery”

“I have bought TWO lps recently. £129+£12.50. Both have had bad scratches which affect playback on NM + EXCELLENT gradings. Whoever is grading the lps hasn't a clue, and, they cannot be play tested, otherwise the scratches would be clearly heard. Forget adding Haribo sweets and Nagaoka inner sleeves..and get someone who can grade AND play test records-properly. Won't be buying from you again.”

We're so sorry to hear that you've had issues with a couple of records you purchased from us. I can see that my colleague had already issued a partial refund for one of them as you decided to keep it. We have just reached out again so that we can discuss the second record with you and organise for it to be returned for a full refund. Once it comes back to us, you'll have a refund within 24 hours and we'll then be able to take a closer look at exactly what has happened here, and learn from anything we have missed.
