“A very good service, however the album I purchased (through the past darkly by the Rolling Stones) was an octagonal shaped cover and so was the inner sleeve so I was a bit disappointed that it arrived all original apart from the inner sleeve which was a basic white square one.”

“I mistakenly ordered the wrong record for a birthday gift. I completed the returns form and Jack emailed to say the company had received my request. This was followed by another email confirming receipt of my return and that a refund was being sorted. The whole returns policy was very easy and dealt with promptly. I have no doubt that I will be ordering from here again - hopefully with the right album.”
