“The voucher wasn’t sent on the date I requested and therefore the birthday surprise was spoilt. I had to chase for the email voucher to be sent. I had to wait for Customer services to open on Monday (2 day wait). Once Customer services opened they dealt with the issue promptly, but still not a great first experience and based on this not sure I would buy from them again.”

We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. Checking the logs for the gift cards, I can confirm that it indicates the emails as having been scheduled, and then successfully sent on the requested date at around 6am. The gift cards (including your custom message) would have been immediately emailed directly to your own email address when the order was placed, and it would have been possible for you to forward these on to your recipient. We have investigated and tested this system, and can confirm that it is working as it should. I can also confirm that we responded to your enquiry and resent the gift cards as soon as we were back in the office on Monday. We do not work over the weekend. My apologies again that you were unhappy with your order.

“Order arrived relatively promptly and well packaged. One of the LPs had a jump on it - not a disaster but given every record is checked this is was a disappointment. Other three LPs very good and as described condition wise”
