“LP cover (graded VG) was in reasonable to good condition considering its construction. The LP itself (graded VG+) was disappointing. There were marks on A1 and B1 which may have been acceptable had the whole disc not suffered from surface noise. Some places worse than others but the whole listening experience was not good. I tried cleaning the disc on a Pro-Ject PC-E vacuum cleaner but it has not improved matters. A shame.”

Unfortunately, we don't have any replacements for this LP but we issued a full refund as soon as we were notified of the problem, with no need to return the record to us. We work exceptionally hard to ensure that every single record that leaves us does so in the same condition as we described, but we can make mistakes and we can only apologise when this does happen and work hard to rectify the mistake. “Initially, I was very pleased with the record, it appeared to be in very good condition! However, my husband got me a record player for my birthday just last week and I was finally able to play it. I then discovered that there is a significant scratch on one side that makes it almost unplayable ): It skips through all seven tracks in a matter of minutes. A little disappointed, but I guess a lesson learned!”

“These vinyls 7” 45rmp are in great condition. However not every vinyl has it’s original sleeve. Could you please endeavour (no matter what it’s condition) to send the sleeves please. The condition and packaging of your vinyls are top class.”

Hi Jim, thank you for your feedback. I'm pleased to hear that you are happy with our records. We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the sleeves. Unfortunately, not every record comes to us with an original sleeve. When this happens, we add a brand new anti-static lined black sleeve instead of whichever plain white or similar sleeve it arrived in that someone else had added previously. When the record does come with an original but very worn sleeve, we do keep it with the record, though will still describe the record as coming in a plain sleeve. The original sleeve will arrive as a surprise (free) extra. Every listing you see on our site is exactly the record you can expect to receive, even our 'stock images' will match exactly the sleeve and label design and label centre (eg. four prong or jukebox) of the record. Additionally, we take pictures of every single company sleeve as we know how much these can vary in design and condition. So please do always check the images to avoid disappointment, and feel free to get in touch with us if you have any questions. Best wishes, Holly
