We're sorry to hear that you did not receive your order confirmation email. We can confirm that our systems show this was sent automatically, immediately after you placed the order. We’re so sorry your order hasn’t arrived yet. Since you selected an untracked service, we’re unable to provide tracking details, but the delivery confirmation number indicates that no attempt has been made yet. Delays can happen for many reasons, such as weather, staffing issues, and the Christmas rush. As mentioned by my colleague, unfortunately, we don't currently have a suitable replacement that we could send out today in time for Christmas.
