Hi Deyan, I am so sorry again that your order arrived incomplete. I have looked into your order details and it shows that the two records that you purchased were scanned into the package when it was dispatched - so it is very strange that you have only received one. This is something that we have not seen happen before and I can only apologise. We are looking into how this could have happened so that we can prevent it from happening again. Nevertheless, we have since tried to source a replacement record to send you. However, as we did not have one, we issued a full refund for the missing record instead which you should have received confirmation of a couple of days ago.
