We're sorry to hear that you did not receive your order confirmation email. We can confirm that our systems show this was sent automatically, immediately after you placed the order. We then dispatched your order just over an hour later, which you should also have received an email confirmation for. We’re so sorry your order hasn’t arrived yet. Since you selected an untracked service, we’re unable to provide tracking details, but the delivery confirmation number indicates that no attempt has been made yet. Delays can happen for many reasons, such as weather, staffing issues, and the Christmas rush. As mentioned by my colleague, unfortunately, we don't currently have a suitable replacement that we could send out today in time for Christmas. However, please let us know if it doesn't reach you by Christmas so that we can issue you with a full refund for the order. We can only apologise again for the delay. - Holly

“My first experience with the company but hopefully not the last. The record was exactly as described, in excellent condition and played beautifully. The record itself was very well packaged to prevent damage in transit and was shipped and delvered promptly. All in all a pleasing experience which I hope to repeat at some stage”
