“Ordered my product August 15th, received it on the 21st … this took way to long, also comes without the correct WEA sleeve. As a collector for 35 years I would presume you have misplaced this, overall the experience could be better and I’m getting SPAM everyday, I didn’t sign up for these emails and I find them quite irritating and you should read about GDPR and stop harvesting data.”

Good morning Phil, I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your experience, but quite a few things aren't quite as you describe them above. You placed your order at 3.05pm on a Friday afternoon, after our same-day postage cut-off of 12.30pm (which is advertised across the site). It was dispatched on Monday, the next working day, and then took 2-3 days to arrive from then, as normal. I appreciate you may feel this is too long, but orders placed on a Friday afternoon at that time are always dispatched on Monday. On the point about the item missing its original WEA sleeve - you're correct, this did not come with its WEA sleeve, as it had already been lost or damaged when we purchased the item. Every single item is pictured with exactly what it includes, and that's why this item was pictured in the plain black sleeve it was delivered in. It is also described several times throughout the listing as having a 'Plain Sleeve'. I'm not sure what else we can do more than this. And finally, on the point about our email marketing - this is completely false. You signed up to our emails in order to obtain a first order discount, which was used on this order. Our pop-up is very straightforward and says "By signing up, you agree to receive email marketing", so we did not 'harvest' your data, you gave it to us, and we used it for the purpose you agreed to when you did that. I appreciate that you may not want to stay subscribed to our emails, which is why the 'unsubscribe' button is at the bottom of every single email, and we would be happy to unsubscribe you from any future emails. All that being said, we do offer free returns on every record, so if you're not happy and would like to return it, we'd be happy to organise that for you - please just get in touch. “Atlas Records is my "go to" site for vinyl. They are meticulous with their cleaning, checking and information sharing about each disc that comes their way. This includes rarer discs as well as the ordinary. Pricing is fair and I've never ordered anything that has been disappointing. You can order with confidence. Atlas always have a good selection of records covering a range of genres, including classical and jazz. Highly recommended.”
