“First experience of buying records on line . Must admit, this was very good, although not played yet as they are presents ,they came very quick and extremely well packaged, including plastic sealed inside. Record covers appear to be in good condition, even included a bag of Haribo sweets for a little personal touch, nice one👍 hope to be back”

“I ordered LP's, but i had to send two of them back. i followed the instructions given and was told via email that they had fourreplacements, and would send them after receiving my returns. I was told i would receive an email informing me when my replacements were sent out to me. Five days after receiving my returns i have still not had any email regarding my two LP's.”

As we originally discussed, the records were dispatched when we received your return (and are due to be delivered tomorrow) but we failed to send the email confirming that they had been dispatched, and I’m very sorry about that – I can completely understand your review given you were left in the dark!
