“I ordered LP's, but i had to send two of them back. i followed the instructions given and was told via email that they had fourreplacements, and would send them after receiving my returns. I was told i would receive an email informing me when my replacements were sent out to me. Five days after receiving my returns i have still not had any email regarding my two LP's.”

As we originally discussed, the records were dispatched when we received your return (and are due to be delivered tomorrow) but we failed to send the email confirming that they had been dispatched, and I’m very sorry about that – I can completely understand your review given you were left in the dark! “Bought twice now, both albums exactly as described and play perfectly. The sleeves were also as described. Both orders shipped promptly and received safely with three days. The packaging itself is fantastic, the contents so well protected. In fact there is any aspect of my experience to criticise. 10/10”
