“I strongly recommend completing the Event Academy's Diploma in Event Management Course. This course is accredited by the highly reputable Chartered Institute of Marketing. The course content is comprehensive but delivered in a digestible way by industry professionals. I selected the ‘blended’ learning option, which was very flexible, as it allowed me to participate in the class discussions and complete the coursework at my own pace. The course materials include videos, and downloadable documentation as well as, live job opportunities that students can apply for. Through the course, I have made a lot of connections with event industry professionals including, Natalie from the Event Academy team who regularly keeps in contact and assists me with finding event jobs. I cannot recommend this course enough.”

“I started my course during the first and The Event Academy supported me throughout the course. Despite being London-centric, the online course was well delivered an extremely informative with plenty of opportunities for extra learning. The only thing I would ask for is for more volunteering opportunities across the North of England, but I realise that this is event specific and arguably most of the larger events take place in the South East”

“Wow! When they say intensive, they mean INTENSIVE!! An amazing two weeks on the Intensive Diploma; crammed with so many amazing lectures and a real life pitch to plan and deliver too. Only now, a few weeks later, am I beginning to realise just how much I have learnt. Thank you to all at The Events Academy for the experience of a life time. Can't recommend it enough. “I have just completed my diploma and the course allowed me to try out various different areas within event management to see where I felt most comfortable and where I could achieve the most. The staff have always been extremely responsive and helpful when dealing with both positive and negative issues, even after my course ended they were more than happy to answer questions and provide guidance.”

“Absolutely fabulous course, the academy are so well organised and helpful. The course content and the tutorials were excellent and the speakers were very knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed the course from start to finish, the course assignment was a really great concept and enjoyed doing it too! Even the exam wasn't that bad!!”

“I completed the Intensive Diploma in June and would absolutely recommend this course to anyone who is looking for a deep dive in to the Events industry. Not only did the course provide me with extensive knowledge of the indsutry but I also got to hear from the industry's best, talking through all sorts of experiences and providing tips and tricks, in addition to completing a live pitch process. This pitch process was fantastic and I learnt more throughout this process than I could have imagined. After completing my course I feel confident that I can enter the industry with a strong base of knowledge to build upon throughout my career. Thank you to all of my lecturers throughout the two weeks for providing an excellent experience and a wealth of knowledge! If you are interested in the Intensive Diploma, be prepared for a full on 2 weeks but know that it is well worth all of the effort!”

“As a member of the Event Academy Alumni myself, I know first-hand the level of preparation and experience the students receive before looking for full time jobs. Students are of extremely high quality with a positive and hungry attitude to work which is passed over to them by the enthusiastic professionals that provide the different lectures. The course well equipped me to understand what I wanted from the industry which led me into the perfect job that kick-started my career in events. It is all of this plus the detailed and action packed course scheduling that sets the Event Academy aside from other education establishments. “I had been searching for months for the right course in Events, and I wanted to find one that was accredited, googling forever I came across The Event Academy and I am OVER THE MOON that I did, what a fantastic course, my employers didn't give me the time to complete the course during working hours so it was perfect to do after work! Sadly I didn't get a chance to watch the the webinars, but they also look amazing and very insightful! - I wish I could go back in time so I had the chance to. The volunteer section also was fab, it is a shame you don't get access after you finish your course, but during it is amazing and I had a couple of great opportunities from this.”

“I wanted to kickstart my career in Events and I was unsure which part of the sector to dedicate my time too. With the Part-Time Diploma Course, I was able to study whilst working at my 9-5 job and also gain the experience of working on a Live Client Brief. If anyone is looking for a pathway into the Events Industry, I could not recommend this course enough. Since completing my course, I have been offered the Sales, Marketing and Event Manager role at a multi-million pound company based in the North-West and I would not have been considered without this course. “I always knew I wanted to work in the exciting world of events but was unsure what course would be right for me. I have done the intensive diploma and just finished the postgraduate course, which I enjoyed every step of the way. You get to see all type of events and what is really required for each role. In January, right in the middle of my course, I was lucky enough to be offered an event coordinator role for a catering company at Kew Gardens! This course has changed my life, I felt bad for not continuing my studies after high school but the Event Academy has given me all the insight I would ever need. I would recommend anyone who has intrest in events to join this course and they will not only build your confidence and grow your network but they will continuously support you and make you entirely ready for the events industry.”

“The Event Academy gave me so many opportunities to meet people in the industry, and people starting out in the industry. I was lucky enough to do the Foundation and Diploma course in person, which was really enjoyable and it allowed us to actually put on real life events, where I gained so many tips and experience and met so many wonderful people in the industry who I am still in touch with now. I then decided to complete my post graduate online alongside my full time job. By taking part in the online course I didn’t just meet people in the U.K., I had the opportunity to meet people all over the world and learn about different events over the globe. The lecturers were really supportive and helped with any questions I had and offered lots of advice from their experience in the event industry. I couldn’t recommend the Event Academy enough!”

“The Event Academy gave me the confidence, knowledge and skills I needed to begin my career. The postgraduate course covers all aspects of the industry, allowing you discover a sector in which you strive the most. After completing the course I was able to begin working in a role that I wouldn’t have thought possible at such a young age. Since leaving the academy I am still in contact with some of the amazing lecturers and cannot thank them enough for the support they provided me while at the Academy. My success is due to them and their passion for the industry. Taking the course was the best decision I’ve made and I am so grateful to the Event Academy.
