I have just completed my diploma and the course allowed me to try out various different areas within event management to see where I felt most comfortable and where I could achieve the most. The staff have always been extremely responsive and helpful when dealing with both positive and negative issues, even after my course ended they were more than happy to answer questions and provide guidance.
