We are a local IT service and support company based in Northamptonshire.

Providing IT Consultancy and Infrastructure solutions to companies across the county and surrounding areas, we pride ourselves on our commitment to our customers, quality of our solutions and products, and our up to date knowledge and training.

“Tasked Ashby's to set up a new laptop for work use. Majority of configuration carried out in less that 4 hours of placing request. Other aspects took a little longer as the parent company had not provided all the configuration data needed to complete the setup of the laptop. Once this data was available, Ashby's worked quickly an efficiently to complete the set up of the laptop. Minor issues associated with connected hardware were also addressed quickly and without fuss. Ashby's took care to make sure that the laptop was functioning the way expected. My thanks to all concerned.”

“Much as I do have some IT skills, that is not the best use of my time as a small business owner, nor an area of expertise. So we would be lost without Ashby looking after us as they have done for several years now. As a thriving Accountancy business with several remote team members, Ashby help keep things ticking over, guide us when we need it, and are there for the occasional crisis too. Great team no matter who you deal with - Ian, Andy, Fred, Louis and Euan all spring to mind - thanks for all you do to keep the whole team up and running and enabling me to focus on other things.”

“the engineer provided a level of service which could not be higher - listened to what was needed, asked questiosn throughout to understand, was present at all times, knew his subject matter, responded promtpyl and couteously, was not phased by added requests, and delivered the outcome required - a case study in how to provide support.”
