“The issue finally resolved. I am afraid I had to go home to get the new VPN set up with Router at home as with specialist Ashby computer at R&G ( mobile hotspot) and my own one did not work. Thanks for the support”

“Sadly, the problem was not solved as the fault lay in not selecting the correct folder in the web site. This issue was identified by another specialist. However, the approach of your technical staff cannot be criticised.”
