“Absolutely fantastic service. Kept well informed of tracking and delivery. Item arrived extremely well packaged. I purchased a Coolicon light shade in Squirrel Grey - and it is stunning to say the least!!! Well made, gorgeous colour, really good quality! Thank you Artifact Lighting - you are certainly a little gem of a shop I will no doubt be returning to purchase from again and again!!”

“Really nice lighting packaged very well and superfast deliverydelivery. Product slightly smaller than I'd have liked but size well indicated. would have liked to see context photos to gauge size better otherwise very pleased.”

“The lights are gorgeous and the service I received was incredible. They supplied me with everything I needed even though some items weren't things they'd normally supply and they delivered unbelievably quickly to get it to me in time for my electrician. Really happy and impressed.”

“Ordered 2 large glass ceiling pendant lights on a Sunday, shipped on Monday, delivered on Tuesday - you can't get better than that. Packaging was excellent, no damage at all. And, the lights.....they are just gorgeous, exactly what we wanted, exceeding our expectations in size and style. Great service, and great products. Enough said.”

“Delivered a day early in week before Christmas. Well packed. Excellent quality - love the glass shades and edison bulbs. Easy to wire but recommend using their wiring service - as it's a bit fiddly/time consuming. Great product and great service.”
