“Fab customer service! Hassan had loads of patience with my requests and issues with regards to delivery, replacement of damaged heater in the post, also spare parts were sent later on, hassle free and free of charge too. The heater is warming up my living room nicely. I appreciate your great service, many thanks.”

“We have used Arrow elecrical for all the lighting in our new home. The pricing is competitive, deliveries prompt and the service really helpful. Lighting advisor Harry Kara was excellent, to the point of sending me update emails at work.”

“Brilliant service! The staff were very knowledgeable, keen to help, and always responded quickly to email or phone calls. Any items that weren't in stock were ordered and arrived quickly. The price was competitive, the service reliable, I simply won't go anywhere else.”

“I ordered originally because of the reasonable pricing, but have been impressed also by the excellent service. I had to contact the company to enquire about some parts that didn’t appear on the website and was connected straight away to Haresh, who was particularly helpful and tracked down the special order items. It looked like they could take up to 10 days to be delivered, but in fact were with me just 2 working days later. To top it all, a couple of items I'd missed off a large order were sent out free of charge the next day. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent service and guidance provided. On contacting the company the phone is answered promptly, and you are quickly put in contact with a member of staff who know their stuff. No flannel or hard sales, just good old fashioned advice which is given as a matter of course. The philosophy seems to be `Time with a customer is time well spent`. Staff I spoke to were courteous and understanding of the situation and offered suggestions without pushing for an order to be placed. It is a pleasure to find a company who still values the customer! This is a company that I will definitely use again.”
