As per your invoice details, we give an approximate timeline for your country at the other side of the world of 7-14 working days and whilst we are nearly at that point there is still time for your parcel to be delivered. We emailed you your tracking details approx 20 mins after you placed your order so that you could check progress of the parcel at anytime.
its 10.30pm in the UK as i write this reply and so we will check your tracking details in the morning and email you the tracking link again also. Given the time that has lapsed i woould expect your order will be delivered any day now.

Apologies for my delayed response I have been on holiday
We do advise on ordering that the courier option takes approx 3-5 working days to be delivered, so apologies that your delivery timeline was towards the end of this estimation. While it was within the timeline advised we appreciate you would have preferred a quicker delivery.
You placed your order at approx 8-30am Friday & we dropped your order off at the courier's ParcelShop an hour later 9-30am, so we did everything possible to ensure your order started its journey quickly after you placed your order with us.

Hi thanks for your review in connection with your order being delivered to India. As the parcel tracking shows we packed & posted your order within an hour of us receiving it on 25th May & it left the UK via international tracked mail on 26th May ie the next day. What we are finding is that there are still delays with IndiaPost processing the parcels once they have arrived in India - I have copied in capitals below the latest UK international bulletin in relation to parcel delays once they have arrived in India.
LATEST UPDATE
INDIA POST HAS UPDATED THAT THE SITUATION REMAINS THE SAME AND COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN REINTRODUCED. INDIA POST CONTINUES TO ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL MAIL BUT CANNOT GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY STANDARDS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
You will definitely get your order and it will start to track once India Post get round to scanning it in at the airport mail centre. We will send you the link to the tracking again via email so you can keep an eye on it. Given the time that has lapsed, we would expect it to start tracking again hopefully within the next few days.
