“(First time user) Fast delivery and discreet packaging. Bottles weren't damaged as I've experienced with other services. My only suggestion is to improve communication. It would be great to be notified about the shipping process so that I'm not left wondering whether it's a scam or when my parcel might arrive. Otherwise great service.”

“It has been 1 month, I haven't received an update. I know corona is messing things up, but I even emailed them about the status but no reply yet. EDIT: contact via email and not through their website ticket.”
