Thanks for the GREAT REVIEW We do our best & genuinely as a small company try & ensure we always give a great service. Packaging is very important, our parcels are always discrete just with the customers name & address on - nothing else. “Very efficient order and delivery process. We had a mixed pack of 5. All I can say about the products is.... stick to Liquid Gold as the others have much less GO!”

“Received product in Canada on 1 Nov, but Canada customs is either short staffed or swamped so product wasn't released to me until 14 Nov. Ordered three different products and one caught my attention "Amsterdam". The marketing scheme is "ultra strong" but doesn't live up to that so don't bother with that purchase.”

Hi Rik thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We posted your order at around 9-30am on 17th August approx 2 hours after you placed it as we pride ourselves on turning orders around very quickly. In recent weeks even before the Royal Mail strike action we have found that first class post has been considerably slower than historically it has been in the past, on occasion taking almost a week to be delivered and other times next day - there is no consistency whatsover. We are consistent however in spending orders out very quickly after they are received. If any customer wants an express delivery ie the next day, we do offer the Special Delivery option which is very popular & should they not deliver the next day we can refund the special delivery cost. “Hi there. Just letting you know that my order was delayed by Customs at An Post, Dublin. It seems that an Post are adding customs charges to items that we Irish purchase from the UK. This added an additional €14 to the price and delayed my order by 10 days or so. I hope to receive it tomorrow. I think a courier service would be less inclined to add the customs fees than Royal Mail and An Post. Just letting you know. Thanks again. Stephen Thomas, Donegal, Ireland 👍”
