ordered just 4 pieces of timber on line on Aug 23 for a simple job and organised a joiner based on delivery promised. paid immediately the £93 which included £20 delivery charge now told that delivery will be Sept 6 ( i am not available on sept 5) 2 week delivery these days I think is a bit long. perhaps you should indicate on your website that people buying just small quantities are a low priority for yourselves

Delivery was scheduled and never happened. Had to collect my order seven working days after ordering. Not impressed.

I placed an order on-line & fully paid for Upstands to match the worktop I recently had purchased, cut & fitted a few weeks previously, only to find out the following day that the product had been discontinued. £10.69 was taken from my account 21/07/16 and I'm still waiting for the money to be returned

50% of the timber delivered was badly warped out of shape, this delayed build time increasing cost, not happy.

Very slow delivery. Out of stock for something as basic as chipboard for a massive timber retailers.

I ordered 3 small pieces of timber on the internet three days later I called to collect .I was surprised to find I could not park near the shop and then had to go into the yard to get I asked one worker where to go he said rather sternly surely they have just told down there.I managed to find the hut and the gentleman there could see I am disabled and got the timber and carried it to be cut.He cut the timber for me asked me if he could load it for me I had to go and get my car come into the yard then he kindly loaded my car but then I still had to go back to the shop to hand in my note then walk back to the car.I would have thought when you order over the internet then phone to get a collection date the order being a small one should have been ready to collect from the shop.

I made an on-line order on the 26th April 2016, for some decking which was shown to have a 3-5 days delivery time frame next to its description. After three days I had to ring to find out when I would be getting a delivery slot as no one had contacted me, only to be told that the earliest date that they would have the decking in stock would be the 6th May - which is 8 working days, I still haven't been given a delivery slot. If I had been told right from the start that it would be so long, I would have had done one of two things - either planned the work that I had to do differently or purchased the decking from somewhere else!

Ordered £450 worth of multiple Premium grade MDF sheet weighing 675kg it total and it didn't even arrive on a pallet. Had to scrabble round trying to find timbers to offload onto. Several edges of MDF badly scuffed and some smashed over up to 100mm. Goods arrived arrived promptly so shame really.

Had to wait over a week for my order. Had no follow up call from Laver and had to chase my order phone after going to depot ad finding my order was not in stock. When I made order it did not tell me that the items were not in stock.

It was great that dispatch called to advise of delivery and when they were requested to deliver the sundeala in the morning they advised it would be no problem to do this. It was very important we had the delivery in the morning because I had arranged for capable people to lift the product into our store, something that Laver is not able to do for customers for insurance reasons. The product did not turn up until mid afternoon and staff had to stay on longer than necessary to take it to store. Also, there was minor damage to the edges of one of the sheets which is not good when the full sized sheet is to be used for display.

Took 4 days for my order to be delivered. The state of some of the timber sent was a joke...some is so bent it is unuseable and one length looked more like driftwood!

No communication between the order being placed and the lorry at the door, it was lucky I was nearby when the driver phoned. Very poorly packaged for a fully finished product, we had to be very selective about where we used each piece to provide an acceptable outcome. We also had to spend a lot of time cleaning the boards.

my order arrived today as agreed. unfortunately i only received one part of the order. the box was clearly marked 2 of 2. I phoned up to see where the other part was and was told they didn't realise it consisted of 2 parts. I have to rearrange my day for another delivery tomorrow. The staff at the depot apologised for the mistake

Took a week to get wood in stock. Went to pick it up. In store for an hour dealing with 4 different people, before could leave with my order. Would be using again.

Timber was good quality but delivery chaotic. First delivery was incomplete, a phone call later to sort it out resulted in another incomplete delivery, another phone call. All the timber eventually arrived over a week later.

My web order was lost. I didn't receive any call within 48 hours so had to chase the order. Order was never sent to the store I had arranged to collect from.

Disappointed in first order as the item said in stock but then had a phone call to say it would be three weeks waiting. We had paid in full and it took quite a few days to get credit back where it should have been instantaneous
