“Flowers didn't arrive, but I wasn't notified until I chased them up. Was told the box was too damaged so they decided not to deliver. They did upgrade the next ones sent out though.”

“Had very good feedback from the first two flower deliveries to South Africa,unfortunatly the flowers that were due to be sent 21 October never arrived,dispite e mail to say they had been delivered.Have sent two e mails since to report non delivery but have received no reply to date very disapointing.”

“Can never use discount code as when you enter the information, it deletes all previous information that has been entered. Have had to telephone to get the discount applied but this takes so long, I have given up now. Very frustrating.”

“The flowers I orderd for mrs Barrington arrived on time but were wilted and limp.I originaly complain but arena flowers wer unwilling to help which is why I havnt placed an order with yourselves again.”

“Generally I like this website but I can never use a discount code as, no matter at which point I try to enter this, it deletes the information I have previously put in and it never takes the discounted amount off at the checkout. If I want to use the discount code, I have to telephone you after I have placed the order but I have even given up on this now as it is so time consuming. Please respond.”

Hi Pauline Thank you for your review. This is very strange, as of course, the promocodes should work online for you to use at your convenience. Please could you email us at customer@arenaflowers.com with a previous order number so that we can look at your account, along with the browser you use and the version of the browser so that we can check that there are no compatibility issues.
