“I have used arena flowers on a number of occasions but this is the first time I had the flowers delivered to my home address so it was my first opportunity to the see the flowers first hand. I have to say I was very disappointed with the quality of the flowers - particularly the sun flowers which had significant browning to the petals and lasted on day before having to be removed from the vase. Given this was the most expensive order I was expecting much better quality. I will not be using this company again.”

“Up until this last year, I have used Arena flowers instead of Interflora, however, your prices have gone up dramatically & you charge for delivery on top. So I check both sites out before ordering, & I have found that Interflora don't charge for all their flower arrangements, so I ordered 13 arrangements with them this year. Sorry, but your prices are too dear! I recently looked on your website & found that you had heavily discounted Xmas flowers, but by them I had already ordered my 6 regular Xmas flower gifts, so maybe discount a little earlier than I & others would order through you, as your flowers are beautiful but expensive.”

“It was very easy to use your webpage, 3 clicks and it was done! I had some questions by emails, I always got answers in 2 hours, which is great. I'm in Hungary and I wanted to surprise my sister, which seemed a very hard task from this kind of distance, but with your help I could, so I couldnt be more grateful! “Your Feedback Review is very timely - I am very disappointed as I've ordered many bouquet's of flowers from you over the past 12 months and my last order (which should have been delivered yesterday - 11th Dec), did not arrive! I telephoned this morning and apparently there was a problem with the courier. Your representative on the phone was very apologetic and is resending the order with a box of complimentary chocolates, but I am gutted that the one order that I needed to arrive specifically on this date (11th Dec - anniversary of a family bereavement) didn't. Normally your service is fantastic, so I really hope this is just a one-off error.”
