“I have used arena flowers on a number of occasions but this is the first time I had the flowers delivered to my home address so it was my first opportunity to the see the flowers first hand. I have to say I was very disappointed with the quality of the flowers - particularly the sun flowers which had significant browning to the petals and lasted on day before having to be removed from the vase. Given this was the most expensive order I was expecting much better quality. I will not be using this company again.”
“Up until this last year, I have used Arena flowers instead of Interflora, however, your prices have gone up dramatically & you charge for delivery on top. So I check both sites out before ordering, & I have found that Interflora don't charge for all their flower arrangements, so I ordered 13 arrangements with them this year. Sorry, but your prices are too dear! I recently looked on your website & found that you had heavily discounted Xmas flowers, but by them I had already ordered my 6 regular Xmas flower gifts, so maybe discount a little earlier than I & others would order through you, as your flowers are beautiful but expensive.”
