“Your Feedback Review is very timely - I am very disappointed as I've ordered many bouquet's of flowers from you over the past 12 months and my last order (which should have been delivered yesterday - 11th Dec), did not arrive! I telephoned this morning and apparently there was a problem with the courier. Your representative on the phone was very apologetic and is resending the order with a box of complimentary chocolates, but I am gutted that the one order that I needed to arrive specifically on this date (11th Dec - anniversary of a family bereavement) didn't.
