“It was very easy to use your webpage, 3 clicks and it was done! I had some questions by emails, I always got answers in 2 hours, which is great. I'm in Hungary and I wanted to surprise my sister, which seemed a very hard task from this kind of distance, but with your help I could, so I couldnt be more grateful! It was her 30th birthday, and she was crying when she got her surprise! Everything went smoothily! So thank you, thank you, thank you! Your service is excellent, I couldnt be more satisfied!”

“Your Feedback Review is very timely - I am very disappointed as I've ordered many bouquet's of flowers from you over the past 12 months and my last order (which should have been delivered yesterday - 11th Dec), did not arrive! I telephoned this morning and apparently there was a problem with the courier. Your representative on the phone was very apologetic and is resending the order with a box of complimentary chocolates, but I am gutted that the one order that I needed to arrive specifically on this date (11th Dec - anniversary of a family bereavement) didn't. Normally your service is fantastic, so I really hope this is just a one-off error.”

“I ordered a Christmas bouquet for delivery to France last year and my friend over there said it was absolutely beautiful. Last summer I sent a thank you arrangement to a friend and she immediately emailed me a picture of it, as it was so lovely. I have no hesitation in recommending Arena to everyone. The service is second to none - and I have used many different suppliers over the years, so I have experienced plenty of disappointments!”

“MY RECIPIENT OF YOUR FLOWERS WAS ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED WITH THE FLOWERS YOU DELIVERED. WE WERE KEPT "IN THE LOOP" AS REGARDS TO THE PROGRESS FROM WHEN THE FLOWERS WERE DISPATCHED RIGHT THROUGH TO THE ACTUAL DELIVERY. A WONDERFUL SERVICES. I WILL DEFINATLEY USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.”

“Very helpful company, thoughtful if you make a mistake online and most definitly customer focused. I have used Arena many times and would certainly recommend them. Deliveries always as promised and in my experience have always tasteful and much admired by recipients. Easy website to use with lots of choice of flowers and variety of price ranges to satisfy all.”

“At 3pm on a Friday, I needed to quickly send flowers to a friend. The website for Arena Flowers was easy to navigate and had lots of choice. Their availability to deliver the very next day (Saturday) was really impressive.”
