Delivery was good but flowers arrived wilted and in very bad condition many of the roses petals where dead and the other flowers buds had fallen off inside the box, very disappointing for Christmas, I ordered the delux and it wasn't very delux I wonder what the slandered size looks like. A real shame.

Ordered on Friday morning for delivery on Saturday 08:00-18:00. Couried by Yodel (pick up 20:16 Friday) and they claim delivered on Saturday 18:00. My daughter went out at around 18:45 on Saturday and they were not there. When she arrived home (ca 21:00) they were on her doorstep, no water in the hand tie and the flowere were in poor condition and by today were wilting. Here is the data from Yodel tracking. Ordered flowers to be delivered to a business address for someone's last day at work. Delivery person said that there was no answer (everyone was in the office and i even gave them a contact phone number to call upon ordering), I also advised that if no-one answered to ring the buzzer for the other office in the building. Claimed they rang and none answered. Quite hard to believe that everyone in both offices did not hear the buzzer? Flowers being delivered to a home address but surprise ruined.

I tried to order the flowers online from our home in Australia, however the website would not accept any of my Credit cards (either Australian or English) so I had to call the uk number to complete the order. When the flowers were delivered to my mum there was no card/message with them (and I had filled the message card in online) so not a great experience all round

Ordered Valentine's day package consisting of roses, balloon and chocolates. Flowers and balloon arrived promptly and were very nice, but chocolates were missing. Sent email regarding this omission, but received no reply, or chocolates.

Smaller bunch of tulips than I anticipated and as they were in a pretty bag I expected them to be in a tied plastic small bag full of water within the gift bag. Wanted to avoid recipients needing vases as elderly. At just under 25.00 I expected more. Luckily they were discounted from just under 30.00 or I would have been incredibly disappointed.

Disappointed the flowers didn't arrive arranged in a bouquet, as advertised on your website but in several bunches, consequently my Mother had to arrange them, also they didn't fit in the vase purchased, she is unwell so I ordered them with the vase in the hope that she would just have to unwrap them and put them in the provided vase. This caused a lot of stress and work for her I was unable to help her as she lives over 5 hours drive away. We are both disappointed with this

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - I have already left feedback but feel I need to retract it! The flowers were for my 80 yr old mum. She called me last night to say the flowers were all dead except for 1, in 5 days I do not expect flowers to die! I called to complain to be told only guaranteed for 5 days! All the flowers I buy have always lasted 2 to 3 wks. I was told to send a photo of the dead flowers. Unfurtunately my elderly mum does not have a mobile phone to take a pic & I live over 100 miles away from her. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Hi Christine, We do apologise for the disappointment caused however, we can only guarantee that our flowers last for 5 days and it is then up to our customers. If any flowers that are delivered are not fresh then we need to know within 3 days to be able to assess them and if any longer we do need pictures. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Ordered spring bouquet and got a completely different flowers, not what I ordered in any way. The flowers were sparse and alot of the bouquet was greenery.

Didn't represent the photograph whatsoever unfortunately - small bunch. Mostly unopened so didn't get the effect and the roses have all died within 3 days whilst the remainder have just opened up. Unlikely to use again - such lovely photographs but not a true representation of what you get.

Hi Hayley, We are so sorry to hear that the flowers did not open. We do send out the flowers in bud so they last as long as possible and they should open within 1-2 days (at the same time). Have used this service before and have always been pleased, however, it seems that because it was Mother's Day the bouquet was substantially smaller than previous I have bought for the same price. Very disapointed, won't use again.

Flowers weren't very fresh and had not been treated well. They were dry and turning brown. They were meant to be a mother's day present but I wish I hadn't bothered. Very disappointed.

Flowers which were delivered for my mother were not those which were ordered via the website and did not match the description "sweet roses". I rang to complain about this and was told that they could not make them as per the description due to it being near mothers day and so substitions were made. I should have been informed of these substitutions so that I could decide whether to continue with this order. The flowers which were substituted were ones which my mother dislikes!!!! I wont be using you again

Ordered flowers onValentines day for my SO, and was presented with two options - pay extra for delivery guaranteed before 1pm, or get standard delivery by 6pm. Having planned to take her out at 6pm, I went for option 2. The flowers did not arrive within this time period (they arrived almost an hour later) and I complained. I received a response, stating that at busy periods their time frame is wider. I suggested that they make this clear on the site to avoid this kind of situation, and asked if there was anything they could do to help resolve the situation and I never heard back. I've used the company before, and they were excellent, hence still getting 2 stars, but I don't think I'll use them again knowing that their customer care when something goes wrong leaves a lot to be desired.

I ordered some flowers for my wife to be delivered at her office for Valentines day. I requested an am delivery so to ensure she took delivery. The delivery did not arrive as requested for an am delivery or at all on Valentines day. The delivery materialised on the following day (Saturday) when my wife was not at works. i e-mailed Arena Flowers on the Friday evening to voice my disapproval but never had a reply or even a phone call to explain.
