The delivery of flowers for a special occasion was a disappointment, it took longer (12 hours) to get to my home from the local delivery depot, which is 40 miles away from my home, than it did to come from the despatch depot in the south of England. I sent an email to ARENA however they did not have the decency to reply, so much for "satisfaction guaranteed" poor service level. This is not the first time this has happened, but it WILL be the last.

Would expect better quality flowers for the price I paid for them. Quite a few were already browning around the edges. Not what I like for a £60 bunch of flowers. Disappointed.

the flowers I sent to a family member as a thank you .I was very disappointed they were nothing like what was on the web site no card was delivered with them and the roses died before the other flowers opened so no I would not recommend or use them in the future

Not brilliant service to be honest. Flowers were a surprise but never arrived ! I had to chase the company to only find out they were on a truck in Birmingham and would be delivered the next day ! So received 2 day old flowers not great !!! Also the candle was tiny. Looks far bigger on the website Stick to a local florist !

Your Feedback Review is very timely - I am very disappointed as I've ordered many bouquet's of flowers from you over the past 12 months and my last order (which should have been delivered yesterday - 11th Dec), did not arrive! I telephoned this morning and apparently there was a problem with the courier. Your representative on the phone was very apologetic and is resending the order with a box of complimentary chocolates, but I am gutted that the one order that I needed to arrive specifically on this date (11th Dec - anniversary of a family bereavement) didn't. Normally your service is fantastic, so I really hope this is just a one-off error.

The last 2 purchases of flowers from yourself lasted less the 1 week before they began to die off. After using you for a few years now i'm disappointed with this and will probably look else where before ordering more flowers

Flowers arrived allright but not up to the usual standard and did n't last long.

At the time of delivery, had we received an email and a photo we would have been happy to help as we pride ourselves in the excellent quality of our bouquets and would have liked to have put that right. after what i can describe as reasonably good to excellent service , the last experience fell well short of what i would expect. I understand that it is hard to control third party contractors. But the first bouquet fell well short and the lack of contact since has left me feeling not much cared for as on average i was buying 1.5 bouquets a month for the last 10 months. yes they did make up with a second bouquet but this was only just better than the first and left me feeling disappointed. i had no further contact from customer services and was suprised that i did not receive a follow up call or e mail.

Could have bought a cheaper bouquet from supermarket. Was supposed to be delivered to daughter at work but was left on doorstep at home. Do not advise anyone to use!!!!!!!!!

The flowers died within a couple of days.when I complained I was told that I had left it too late and should have supplied proof.The flowers were a gift and my friend didn't take photos!I sent flowers as I was away and unable to visit,hence the delay in complaining.So the flowers were an expensive mistake and the management of my complaint was clumsy!I shall not be ordering from you again.
