“Not brilliant service to be honest. Flowers were a surprise but never arrived ! I had to chase the company to only find out they were on a truck in Birmingham and would be delivered the next day ! So received 2 day old flowers not great !!! Also the candle was tiny. Looks far bigger on the website Stick to a local florist !”

“The Flowers I ordered were for a birthday, and chosen at relatively short notice. The ordering process was very straightforward and I encountered none of the problems I usually come across when ordering online. The Flowers arrived in good time on the requested day The recipient was absolutely delighted with the arrangement and remarked on their longevity. Very satisfied with the choice, the quality and the service”

“I found Arena by chance because I was looking for a florist in Harrogate. The wonderful lady on the phone took the time to listen to what I wanted and then made it happen. I was ordering slightly out of season flowers for my granddaughter's birthday (she is three). The Arena lady was worried that there wouldn't be enough and that they might look tatty. She spoke with the flower people and proposed a workable compromise. I had a text from my son on my granddaughter's birthday - 'Flowers absolutely gorgeous and amazing. Thanks Mum'. Arena is my florist of choice in Harrogate.”

“I have sent lots of flowers and every person who has received them have all phoned to tell us how beautiful they are. The internet site is so easy to use and I have never experienced any problems The best comment I have ever received was when I was sent a bouquet from a friend that I had sent Aren a flowers to and she just had to use Arena flowers”

“Ordered red roses and completed process for next day delivery . Received notication at last minute that none were left and would I accept white roses. Disappointed that they didn't check first if they were available they were nice enough to compensate with a box of chocolates . It so happened that the order was delivered twice by different couriers as well. After all that I will give them another try as the flowers and more flowers were delivered as promised on time”

“Easy to use website, fast reliable delivery and a high quality product. I stopped using M&S flower delivery service due to a deterioration in the product quality and was pleased (well, my récipients were pleased) with the product quality supplied by Arena.”
